Martha Ann Blake Harris, 75, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2016 at Granville Medical Center.

A native of Haverhill, Massachusetts she was the daughter of the late John Thomas Haskins and Bertha Le’Chevre Haskins. Martha was of the Catholic faith and retired from North Carolina Public School system.

Funeral services will be private.

Surviving are two daughters, Cecelia Harris Broome (Mike) of York, South Carolina, Debbie Harris Howard (Eddie) of Timberlake, a son, Richard Harris (Kim) of Creedmoor six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dalton Harris.
